Students will head to Tri-City Park for a Field Day full of games and sports! 🏃‍♂️ Lunch includes sub sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Bring a light backpack, towel, and water bottle—labeled. No Limits T-shirt, comfy clothes, and athletic shoes required. (Cost $15)

Pick your summer club! 🌿🎭🐾🎶🧁💅 Choose from Sports, Gardening, Sculpting, Theater, Pet Lovers, Music/Choir, Butterfly, Cooking, Dance, Disney, or Beauty. Clubs meet Mon–Wed. 🎉 Thurs = Club Assembly! Wear ❤️🤍💙. Break & lunch as usual. (Cost: $30)

In honor of 4th of July no program will be held today. Happy 4th of July everyone!

We’re celebrating National Freezer Pop Day! 🍧 After lunch, students will cool off with a refreshing freezer pop — the perfect treat for a sunny day! ☀️❄️ (Cost $3)

No Limits families are invited to enjoy coffee and donuts with our admin team upstairs in the staff lounge. It’s a great chance to socialize, ask questions, and plug into the program.

It’s Luau time! 🌺 Students will enjoy a fun dance with a hula lesson, limbo, and a tropical dessert bar after lunch. Hawaiian attire is highly encouraged! 🌴🕺 (Cost $10)

Students will create their own watermelon fan using a paper plate, paint, and a popsicle stick in this hands-on summer workshop! 🍉 No Limits is covering the cost—let’s beat the heat with a fruity treat!

We’re throwing a wedding celebration! 💍💐 Join us for a sweet morning ceremony for Trey & Jen and Adriana & Sean, followed by a burger lunch from B & C, mini cupcakes, and dancing! 🍔🧁 Dress to impress—fancy outfits encouraged! 💃 (Cost $15)

It’s beach day at Newport Dunes! 🏖️ We’re heading by bus for fun in the sun, swimming, and a Subway lunch with chips and a drink. Students must arrive in swimwear with sunscreen on and bring a labeled tote with essentials. NL&B is closed this day. (Cost $30)

No Program will be held today in recognition of Labor Day

We’re heading out for an In-N-Out lunch! 🍔 Students will enjoy a burger, fries, and a medium drink provided by staff. Please wear a No Limits T-shirt for this outing. (Cost $15)

Let’s get crafty! 🍂 Students will turn leaves into fun little characters using decorative pieces in this hands-on art workshop. Get ready to make your very own leaf person! (Cost $10)

Tonight is our Shine Without Limits Gala — an evening of celebration, inspiration, and support for our incredible community.

We’re flipping out for National Pancake Day! 🥞 Students will enjoy a small pancake treat after lunch. Please still pack or purchase a regular lunch as usual. (Cost $10)
